Terms and Conditions

The following describes the general terms and conditions of use (the «Terms and Conditions») applicable to the provision of services offered by professionals through WAMAD, legally represented by Paloma Amaranta Colque Maturana, with ID 55652506G and professional address located at Av. Lloreda nº 70, floor 1 door 2, 08917, Badalona. Your registration, access and provision of services is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. WAMAD reserves the right to modify and change these Terms and Conditions.

This document contains legal information that we recommend you read in its entirety and in conjunction with the Privacy Policy.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS MANDATORY AND BINDING FOR THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES.

FIRST:  The company

Paloma Amaranta Colque Maturana, DNI 55652505G, with professional address at Av. Lloreda 70, 1-2, 08917, Badalona- Barcelona (from now on referred as “WAMAD” or the “Company”) offers advisory and assistance services in Spanish immigration matters, as well as processing visas, residence permits, nationality, approvals, and everything related to administrative immigration issues in Spain.

SECOND: Services

To schedule a consultation, the client must choose the time according to published availability. The website will indicate which time zone is the determining factor.

Once the client pays for the session, they will receive the scheduling information in their email along with the link to access the session.

The advice will be carried out on the day and time chosen by the client. The website will indicate which time zone is the determining factor.

It is possible that a group of people from the consultancy participate, if they want to discuss the same topic.

The duration of the consultation is 60 minutes. If by any chance there is a delay from WAMAD, the consultation will also last 60 minutes.

Within a maximum period of one week after the consultation is completed, the client will receive by email a written summary of everything discussed, procedures to be carried out, steps to follow, requested documents as well as a proposal for our fees.

The proposed fees are valid for 6 months, after which the client BEFORE hiring the service must write to us to confirm if the values have been updated or not.

THIRD: Price, payment, and refunds

The client will pay the value in euros expressed for the services, either for advice or according to the service contracted.

Payment will be made in the manner indicated by WAMAD. After payment is received, WAMAD will issue the client an invoice for the services provided.

Additionally, the customer will pay all applicable taxes, if applicable, related to any transaction. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client accepts that WAMAD delivers their bank details to the entity in charge of processing the payment and WAMAD assumes that the Terms and Conditions of said collection and payment service are accepted.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided by WAMAD or any other reason that leads to a change in schedule or refund of money, this will be valid only 24 hours in advance and you must notify us by email contacto@wamad.es to understand the situation and generate the corresponding return.

There is no refund or rescheduling if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for the consultation.

FOURTH: Execution of the service

The provision of advisory services will be carried out on the agreed day and time, once payment for them has been verified. The service will be considered provided after the session is completed.

If the consultation lasts less than 30 minutes, the possibility of carrying out a next consultation is offered within a period of two months to complete the 60 minutes corresponding to the payment made. If the client does not wish to carry out this second consultation, no refund will be made.

The amount paid for personalized advice is NOT deducted from future services that the client decides to perform.

Regarding the rest of the services, once the client decides to commission the management, they will receive an order sheet, as well as the budget for the corresponding provision of funds. This sheet will establish all the terms and conditions of the chosen service.

FIFTH: Cancellations and delays

Either party may cancel, by communicating via email, the session up to 24 hours before, which will be communicated via email to reschedule the session. If WAMAD, with less than 24 hours, communicates the need to reschedule, it will be subject to the client’s availability.

In those cases that WAMAD does not show up on the date and time scheduled for the session unjustifiably, or arrives more than 15 minutes late, WAMAD grants a refund of 10% of the amount paid and reschedules according to the client’s availability.

If the client does not show up on the scheduled date and time for the advice without justification, they will lose the session, without the right to a refund, with the session considered completed.

In the case of delays on the part of the CLIENT, the appointment will be carried out until the agreed time.

SIXTH: Obligations and prohibitions

The client is responsible for:

  1. Provide complete, exact, updated, and truthful information about your identity, immigration status and data that you provide in the consultation

    WAMAD will not be responsible for any damages suffered by the client if the advice has been based on the information provided by the client and the client has omitted important information or provided erroneous information.

  1. Pay the agreed price.

  2. Do not insist on obtaining answers that do not respect the regulations established in immigration, administrative, criminal, and all other matters according to the legal system of Spain or the client’s country.

Wamad is responsible for:

  1. Comply with the agreed terms either for advice or in the services chosen by the client.

  2. Answer the client’s questions that are related to the contracted service.

  3. Follow up on the files, when it has been requested and agreed with the client.

SEVENTH: Contract between the Client and WAMAD

The client acknowledges and accepts that, by scheduling a consultation, or contracting a service with WAMAD, they enter into a legally binding contract with WAMAD.

EIGHTH: Reports and complaints

The client may report to WAMAD any conduct or content that may violate the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy or applicable legislation. For this purpose, contact the email informacion@wamad.es. Upon receipt of a report, WAMAD, at its sole discretion, will decide how to proceed.

NINTH: Validity of the Terms

These Terms will remain in force while the advice is provided or any legal service has been contracted with WAMAD, and until their termination.

TENTH: Conflict resolution

This agreement will be governed in all its points by the laws in force in the kingdom of Spain.

Any difficulty and/or controversy that may arise between the parties due to the application, interpretation, compliance, non-compliance, validity, or resolution of these Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of Justice of the province of Barcelona.
